Job management & invoicing FAQs
Do I still need separate compliance software?
No. ComplianceVault started as licence and insurance tracking, so it’s all in the same app: upload a White Card, licence or policy once and the bookings board knows whether that person can be booked.
Are the invoices valid tax invoices for GST?
Yes. When GST is charged the PDF is titled “Tax Invoice” and shows your business name and ABN, the date, each line item and the GST amount, as the ATO asks for on a tax invoice. GST-free items are marked separately.
Can my customers pay online?
Yes. Paste a payment link from Stripe, PayPal or Square into your settings (or on a single invoice) and it appears as a Pay online button on the invoice and in the email. You can show your bank details too.
Can my team see their jobs on their phone?
Yes. ComplianceVault works in any phone browser. Each team member logs in and sees only the jobs booked to them under My Jobs, not your whole schedule.
Does it work with subcontractors?
Yes. Track employees and subcontractors separately, keep each subbie’s insurance and licences on file, and get a reminder before anything lapses.
