Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. No card is required to start.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time from Settings → Billing. Plan changes are handled through Stripe’s secure billing portal, so you can switch up or down, update your payment method, or cancel whenever you need to.
What happens if I go over my storage limit?
You’ll get a warning at 80% usage. Going over the limit only blocks uploading new documents — you can still view, edit, and export everything already stored, and nothing about your existing compliance records is ever affected.
Do all plans include the same features?
Yes. Every plan — Starter, Growth, and Scale — includes the full feature set: expiry tracking, automated reminders, the password vault, audit logs, and reporting. Plans only differ by how many people you can track, how much document storage you get, and how many admin seats are included.
